1. One year of domain name registration is included with the setup fee. If you already have a domain name registered, you can either register an additional domain name through us, or extend the existing registration for one year. If you choose the latter option you must transfer the existing registration to our registrar. We will assist you in this process, as well.

2. The Wired Musician system is highly integrated and database-driven, so having a Wired Musician website requires that it be hosted on Wired Musician's servers.

3. Wired Musician is a strong supporter of intellectual property rights and copyright laws. You must be the owner of any recordings, photographs and other intellectual property used on your website, or provide a written release from the owner, which shows in clear language that the owner understands you are making this property available on a global computer network and regards this as legitimate use.

4. After ten hours you will be billed $85 per hour in six-minute increments. Ten hours is generally ample time for most individuals and small organizations or ensembles, unless you have a particularly large amount of content, photographs, recordings, and the like. Please see What Does It Cost? for further information about pricing.

5. You must register your primary domain through the Wired Musician registrar, or move your current domain registration to the Wired Musician registrar, for this free-maintenance offer to apply. The first domain name you register with us, or transfer to us, is included in your setup fee. You may also register any aliased domain names with us. (For example, you might register johnsmith.net as well as johnsmith.com. We can then point both domain names to your website.) We'll give you an additional free month for each domain you register, up to a maximum of two additional free months.

Wired Musician's fee for a domain registration or transfer is only $15.00 per domain per year. Since one month of maintenance with Wired Musician is at a minimum $29.95, you'll save $29.95 + $15.00 for the first month (since 1 registration is included in your setup fee), and $14.95 ($29.95 - $15.00) each on the next two domains you register or transfer, so a potential savings of $59.85. You will always remain the registrant of record for your domains, and will retain complete control of your domain registrations.

We do this because it allows us to manage the administrative and technical issues of your domain names far more easily, and will cost us less time in the long term. If you do not move existing registrations to the Wired Musician registrar, you will have to maintain the current registration yourself, including making changes to DNS settings and Technical Contact information, or provide us with a login and password so that we can do this for you. This service is billable at our hourly rate. When making changes to domains you registered through Wired Musician, we will never charge you for time spent.

6. 99.6% is arrived at based on this formula: 3 hours/((365.25 days/12 months) * 24 hours). For this policy to apply, the outage must be more than 3 unbroken hours, or more than 6 cumulative hours, within any single billing period, and must be due to system problems within Wired Musician's control. See our Terms of Service for a full explanation of this policy.

7. Technical support is limited to assistance using Wired Musician's own systems, such as our control panel, assistance connecting to our E-mail server, and the like. Wired Musician does not provide technical support for third-party products, such a E-mail client software (Microsoft Outlook, etc.), web browsers, or any other product.

8. These features are limited to information and computer files intended for unrestricted public access via the internet and actually available as such on your website. No other files may be stored on our servers. Storage overages are billed at a modest monthly fee per megabyte.

9. Requires registration of your own domain name, which is included in the startup fee. However, not all domain names are available and you may not be able to get the one you want.

10. Requires an available internet connection and web browser.

11. Each website account receives one free hour per calendar month in any month when maintenance fees have not been waived for any reason. These free hours are not transferable to other accounts, members or websites and do not accrue.
